Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Smart Logic web site. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to evaluate or purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Warranty & Service
Smart Logic warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Smart Logic will supply, at no charge, a new replacement for the faulty unit for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Important Notice: We do not guarantee and nor do we envisage that the device will work with newer versions of your program released by your software vendor. Your software provider may introduce changes to their program so that it could interfere with the operation of the device.
Pricing Policy
Prices quoted are special introductory prices, for a limited period only, and can be changed at anytime without prior notice.
Sale or Return Policy ( Sale on approval)
All sale or return agreements will be confirmed in writing/email prior to delivery of the goods, the maximum length of a Sale or Return period shall be no longer than 21 days from the date of receiving the goods. Should goods be kept after 21 Days, without our prior knowledge, the full invoice amount may be payable. You should let us know if you intend to evaluate the product for a longer period.
Carriage and Delivery Policy
All orders will be dispatched by post within 2 working days and should
arrive within 2-3 days for Europe and up to 7 days for international orders.
Shipping costs vary depending on your region. Prices are as follows (please note we
do not charge VAT):-
North America – 18 GBP
Europe – 12 GBP
UK – 8.90 GBP
Other Destinations – 25 GBP
Orders addressed to the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and
overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail AirSure service. If your order
does not arrive when expected please give us a call on 02380 736 383,
alternatively you can contact us through e-mail on sales@smartlogicltd.com.
All dispatch dates are estimated and are not guaranteed and do not form a term of this contract. Whilst every endeavour will be made to comply with these dates, we shall have no liability whatsoever for delay in dispatch or delivery, or for any loss occasioned thereby.
Privacy Policy
We will take all precautions necessary to keep the details of your order secure. We will not pass on information about your business to any third party.
We do not have an online credit/debit card payment facility. We will take your details through the phone. We will authorize your card, but we will not charge your card until after you have received your order.
All credit/debit card details are shredded and securely disposed after completion of a transaction. We do not store any of our customer's credit card or other payment identification information on our servers.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel an order should you think you
do not require the item any longer. This must be done at the earliest
possible time after the order was placed, and you must inform us quickly
by email and by phone.
Orders dispatched already can be returned, but we would not be responsible
for the delivery or return charges. Such items must be returned in good
condition, and must reach us before 2 week trial period expires. Provided
all the above is adhered to, your statutory rights would in no way be affected.
Your use of this site for ordering any Smart Logic Ltd product constitutes
acceptance of our terms and conditions of use, including the laid down

Disclaimer
While it is legal to use SmarterX to share your dongle between multiple machines on condition that your single user licensed software runs on one machine at the time, Smart Logic cautions you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks of violating your license agreement when using this device.
SmarterX can allow concurrent running of an application software on multiple machines accessing a node-locked dongle. You could be in violation of license agreement if the application software licensed to a single user runs on multiple machine simultaneously. It is important to
make sure that you use the device within the terms of your license agreement that comes with your application software.
